Individuals suffering from substance use disorders frequently experience secondary mental health concerns. Our Co-Occurring Treatment Program addresses both substance use and mental health concerns simultaneously. Our integrative therapy is specifically tailored to these challenges.

Adult Intensive
Outpatient

Our Adult Intensive Outpatient Program offers a supportive and flexible approach to treatment. We offer both morning and evening programs, allowing our members the flexibility to continue working, studying or caring for loved ones. Our program provides individual and group counseling, mindfulness training and movement therapy.

Partial Care

Our Adult Partial Care Program provides intensive full-day treatment for those who require day to day support while in early recovery. This program runs Monday through Friday with as-needed support on Saturday. While some members commute from home, others take advantage of our local sober housing partners. We provide transportation when needed. Our program provides individual and group counseling, mindfulness training and movement therapy.

Adolescent Intensive
Outpatient

Our Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program offers a supportive and flexible approach to treatment. We offer both morning and after school hours, allowing our members the flexibility to continue studying in school or take advantage of our academic services. Our program provides individual and group counseling, mindfulness training and movement therapy.

Partial Care

Adolescents have unique needs when it comes to substance use disorder treatment. Our specialized Adolescent Partial Care Program provides a full day of therapeutic care in a safe and supportive environment. This program runs Monday through Friday with as-needed support on Saturday. In addition, our team of educational partners provide daily academic instruction to support a successful transition back to school. We provide transportation when needed. Our program provides individual and group counseling, mindfulness training and movement therapy.

Individual Therapy
Human connection is at the core of what we offer. Our team of professionals has over 100 years of experience across therapeutic modalities. By building trust and offering confidentiality, together we explore underlying issues, develop coping strategies and work through any challenges that may present.
Group Therapy
Group therapy provides a sacred space where individuals can share their experience with peers who share similar experiences. Driven by the authenticity and compassion of our team, group sessions encourage open dialogue that fosters connection, understanding and healing.
Family Therapy
Addiction is a family disease. Our Family Therapy Program provides education, counseling and support on a weekly basis. We foster healthy communication, strengthen family bonds and cultivate understanding to establish a foundation for sustained recovery.
Trauma-Informed Therapy
Trauma is far too common an element of substance use disorder. Our team of trauma-informed clinicians understands the intricacies of working with the physical, emotional and psychological components of trauma. Collectively we provide the safety, understanding and support necessary to better understand the individual’s history of trauma and its impacts on their life.
Mindfulness
Mindfulness is a 2600-year-old practice. The Living Room is committed to the ancient wisdom of meditation as taught by the Buddha. Increased awareness of your current moment experience combined with the capacity to meet that experience with a sense of loving-kindness are the foundation of our mindfulness practice.
EMDR
EMDR is an evidence based approach that helps clients reprocess distressing memories. Clients engage in bilateral stimulation, which activates the brain’s innate ability to process traumatic experiences. The Living Room provides a safe and structured environment for individuals to confront and resolve past trauma.
DBT
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy is a skill-based approach helping to develop mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance and interpersonal effectiveness. This evidence-based therapeutic modality provides practical tools to manage emotions, reduce self-destructive behaviors and enhance overall well-being.
CBT
CBT is an awareness-based therapy that helps individuals identify and explore negative thought patterns and behaviors. Through cognitive restructuring and the development of healthier responses, CBT empowers individuals to create sustainable, positive change.
Teletherapy
We understand that access to in-person therapy may be impossible at times. When necessary, teletherapy makes continuity of care possible. Virtual session provide flexibility without compromising your quality of care.
